Dr. Luke ranks at No. 1 on BB Hot 100 Producers chart for the 1st time

Dr. Luke ranks at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Producers chart for the first time, thanks to production work on 3 songs on the Billboard Hot 100.

Doja Cat's "Need to Know" at No. 8 and "You Right," at No. 16. Dr. Luke solely produced both songs. He also co-produced, with Vaughn Oliver, Latto's "Big Energy," which rises 88-76 in its second week.

Dr. Luke has additionally spent 36 weeks and counting at No. 1 on the R&B Producers chart and seven weeks through this week atop R&B/Hip-Hop Producers.

I mean.. he went from Britney, Rihanna, Katy, Kesha, Nicki, Avril, P!nk, Adam Lambert and Pitbull to like.. Doja Cat and Kim Petras. He's probably still living from the money he made for decades but such a downgrade to go from mega stars to barely any known artist right now. Doja Cat is the only one with big numbers from his catalogue now. But yeah I don't think he's struggling anymore.

half of these stopped working with him before Kesha tho. Pink, Adam and Kelly were contractually bounded to work w him by their record Label. Rihanna had left Pop Music by that point and Dr Luke wasnt even on anything post 2012 from Britney. Also, the decline in Katys and Keshas Sales would've also been evident for him and his name attached to that would've hurt him even more. He also Ghostproduced for various artists after the Kesha Story.

This **** makes me so mad. Everyone wants to preach about being woke, but when it comes to Dr. Luke, suddenly people forget how he's been predatory since the early 2000s just because he signed their faves. Doja, Kim, Ariana, Saweetie and the list goes on – they all keep his pockets rich.

And yes, I know that Doja is contractually bound to work with him, but that doesn't mean that we should stop bringing awareness to this mess of a situation.

How is bringing awareness gonna do anything if we can't boycott the music from those artists? It's not fair to artists like Doja.

That’s not true. Do you think Taylor would ever work with him now or Gaga or Rihanna. That’s absolutely ridiculous.
