This might be a little shade but u genuinely wonder how many gen z or younger people Gaga has on her team, since most of them don’t seem particularly in tune with the social media use of the current generation 

It seems like Gaga and all of them post their own stuff and I can’t help but think if they had a few more young people, they could pick a few tricks up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is the first I've seen about the new Italian-inspired Casa Gaga set!

Wonder if the formulas are any different from her previous ones... it looks like a packaging update to me, but the crème blushes might be new (think the Heatwave set was pressed powder)

I can imagine it's hard to trust new folks, let alone folks in a generation that's still so young. Since Gaga has a has hand-selected her team for a decade now, I'm sure it's hard developing that close of a working relationship with someone newer. She's had the pleasure of bringing in some of her best friends; I'm sure that's an easier route. With some of the BTWF hires in the last year, it looks like that could potentially change. 

I definitely agree with you, though. I don't think it's shade at all as I'm sure most people in direct contact with her for work avoid much time on social media. It'd be interesting to see someone really versed in modern (2019+) social media trends push some of Gaga's content. She doesn't need the press, but imagine frequent Gagavisions like from the TFM and BTW era.
