Like... blackfishing or not, Jesy Nelson isn't in Little Mix anymore so Leigh Anne should just mind her own business and focus on the group and her twins. Jesy was already severely bullied by the world when she was in Little Mix, if Leigh Anne has issues with Jesy and the stuff she does, she should have contacted her personally, and if that's not possible, just let it go. It's not worth it.
