I'm Greek so i can tell you that Eleni copies many international popstars esp Beyonce but this specific video relies mostly on Greek culture.

At the beginning I was gonna say that it does not remind of ARTPOP but it's the combination of white(?) hair, the seashell bikini that reminded me of ARTPOP along with the greek aesthetic but I wouldn't call it copying.
