Alaska was the clear frontrunner. Maybe not the fan favorite, but she slayed the season.

Angele Anang was the first trans winner

and had the most wins in a season (6 total / 5 were back to back)

I hope she and Kylie link up one day for a project

I just wish they gave her a better edit if they wanted to crown her… the Snatch Game win was hers and all season it looked like they were making room for a Ginger win. Kylie never got the front runner edit; it’s so weird. Ra’jah would have been the most satisfying win from a storyline point of view. Sonique was my #1 pick since the start and I’m left unsatisfied even with her win… really bad job on production’s end.

Still over the moon tho, one of my favourite winners and seasons

I agree with allllll of this. It definitely felt like they fully intended to crown someone else (most likely Ra’jah or Ginger) the whole season and then pivoted last minute. They didn’t even give Kylie the best edit on the finale. 
 

She’s fantastic and a well deserved winner, I just wish they could have given her the front runner edit at least a couple of episodes so her story arc felt more complete

She was not my first choice, I was rooting for Ra'jah and Ginger, but I'm still super happy for her. I was just a little surprised because she didn't exactly get the winner's edit. I'm thinking maybe the producers saw that she was the fan favorite and decided to crown her last minute. But she's come a long way since season 2 and has 100% redeemed herself and just for that she deserved to win. And of course, the fact that she's the first ever trans winner is iconic. It was such a good season one of the best ever, and I'm really sad it's over.

Ra’jah was the fan favourite AND front runner if you ignore Ginger (whose loss made sense to me), she was a total redemption story… literally all the elements were there for a pretty much non controversial win? It’s basically a Bimini moment where there is literally nothing she could have done more to win lol. 

That 100% was the season for a double crowning. So happy for Kylie, so sad for both Kylie and Ra’Jah that they didn’t get a cohesive portrayal.
