Erh I must disagree. It might have one of the best singles rollout but the album tracks are clearly inferior to the singles. But Katy did an excellent job, imo there are no totally perfect pop album out there

Well actually it's true, it was a perfect album in its own way: right number of songs, all with a great commercial potential, no filler or almost, that flows without losing interest from beginning to end, and the cover was very nice.
 

Hard to do better, and in fact Katy Perry herself has never done better.

Some of y’all can disagree but I actually really like what she’s saying. Why bother focusing so hard to make the perfect pop album when it’s already been done? I don’t necessarily think Katy was setting out to do that as well. It happens and is such an anomaly.

It’s true though. It may not be a good album per se but it was a perfect pop album. Almost all killer songs that cannot not be big.
