Chromatica Remix (not) coming this month!

The dramatics in this thread! Bloodpop said August, we haven't heard anything to the contrary yet. Gaga usually announces on Tuesdays/Wednesdays (911 video might have even been a Thursday announcement?), it's a remix album so I doubt there's heavy promo planned - especially when she has a proper new album and movie happening too - so it could easily be a surprise drop at any point in the next few days.

I get that it's annoying when we get teased, but it's over 10 years of this now - at some point you have to manage your own expectations and take everything you read with a pinch of salt. Until it's been officially announced with a date by Gaga herself then don't trust it. You put too much stock in "reliable insiders" and people who are peripherally attached to the project who aren't involved in the promotion or distribution (in this case the contributing artists) and you keep getting disappointed. Just relax, it's obviously on the way at some point. You're just going to hype yourselves to oblivion and then inevitably be disappointed when it comes out.

Because friday releases didn't become a standard practice in the industry until way after both of her remix album came out, ARTPOP didn't come out on a friday in most countries either.

I still remember the day when insiders said there were 6 music videos planned. 

That Babylon and Free Woman were already shot. Even went on to describe the music videos.

I actually don't care about the first snippet, but I am so excited for Shygirl. I became such a fan over the past year and I'm 100% sure she is really going to serve.

I mean, if she does even 1/4 of the stuff she does I'll be happy and eating it all up!

I remember it too . But don’t forget the “film” which is somewhere there on the shelf 😂. Or in insider’s dream . Yeah, there were a lot of rumours this era. I don’t even anticipate the remix thingy tho .

I see she’s posting about Jazz & Piano. I’m sure we’ll hear more from her this week. To me it seems why things were quiet is her team trying to work on rebooking a f***ton of shows that got delayed/canceled/postponed because of COVID. Hang in there; the month isn’t over yet.

Honestly, I have personally given up on the remix coming this month. 
It’s just way too quiet for announcing an entire albums release within the next 6 days 

Id love to be proven wrong though
