According to that article they have a code of conduct that suppliers have to adhere to. 

Besides that LVMH is the brand that does her beauty lines. They make the make up for luxury brands. 

Guerlaine, Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Sephora Kat Von D if those companies have the correct certification to prove it does not use child labor in the production of its products then Fenty Beauty probably just hasn't applied for the correct certification. 

You think Rihanna is out there somewhere grinding berries into blush for for her make up line. LVMH does all that for her. 

The person is probably doing it to shine a worldwide light on child labor in India and found a way to do it because lack of a certificate. I applaud the person for shining a light on child labor in India but I doubt that only one make up brand in that group is doing it.
