RAMROD 109,591
Just an hour ago, Sony Pictures have a announced that their tent pole movie, Venom 2, will be delayed from September 24 2021 to October 15 2021 because of the Covid (Delta variant) cases are getting massive surge in the USA. Citing the uncertainty of movie going in effect of these. And just like HoG, Venom 2 was supposed to be a Cinema only movie, with no streaming offering. This got me guessing, will Paramount also gonna take the same steps? Will Paramount delay the released for HoG? Perhaps for December or worse some time in 2022, that might ruined it's chance at the Oscars?? Or will Paramount release it anyway, with same day and date release to cinema and their own Paramount+?? Thoughts?? (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ dancin' until i'm dead (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡
Lady Rah Rah 2,000
As HoG is a film that requires little to no special effects, I highly doubt it. I think it will release, and if cinemas are shut in specific regions, they will just release it on Paramount+ worldwide so everyone can watch it on release day? Chromatica will live on forever. rawrimamonster 1,115
Honestly I really hope it gets an immediate, same day release on Paramount+ the way HBO Max does w/ the Warner Bros movies. The Delta variant is going to be in full swing in November and I think that could help get to more people.

What does this have to do with anything? It's still the same theater viewing experience. Former First Lady of the United States. Now card-carrying member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Mister G 10,428
Nope. Movies aren’t shutting down again. Plus, slated for November we have no idea what the pandemic will look like at that point in time. Fingers crossed things improve either way.
