Hm¿? Why would it be more shocking that women are part of the list ?

One of them is celebrity medical doctor -Christiane Northrup. She is also the best-selling author of books such as Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom and The Wisdom of Menopause and regular Oprah guest.

The doctor’s bunk advice and conspiracy peddling hasn’t stopped Winfrey from giving her access to her millions of loyal fans. Northrup has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show over a dozen times, as well as on the show’s podcast — most recently in late August 2020. source

Christiane Northrup wrote a book that suggests thyroid problems in women are due in part to an "energy blockage" and is "the result of a lifetime of 'swallowing' words one is aching to say,".
Northrup told Oprah, "This is the important part. It's not — you're not causing this deliberately ... It's your soul bringing it to your attention."
Oprah said she spent a month in Hawaii, where she consumed fresh foods and soy milk to heal her thyroid.
In reality, if a person who has a thyroid condition drinks soy milk, it can be dangerous to their health.

In 2008 Christiane Northrup said in Oprah that women can stop the spread of a cancer-causing sexually transmitted disease by eating healthy foods. She was against HPV vaccine, she said : "There have been some deaths from the vaccine." She suggested a different approach. "Where I'd put my money is getting everybody on a dietary program that would enhance their immunity, and then they would be able to resist that sort of thing. All right?"

Women literally bully each other like there is no tomorrow, they tear each other down and you want to talk about empathy? Empathy and being and idiot/spreading bs for their own gain is not exclusive to men.

Oprah has long history of embracing pseudoscience.

Oprah washes her hands of any responsibility for spreading misinformation under the guise of “trusting her audience” to be able to distinguish good advice from bad advice. [this is from 2009]  https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/the-oprah-fication-of-medicine/

In 2007 Winfrey gave a platform to anti-vaxxer Jenny McCarthy. McCarthy claimed that her son’s autism was caused by a measles, mumps and rubella vaccination.
Days after that Oprah appearance, McCarthy was invited on Larry King Live and Good Morning America to spread her anti-vaccine message even further. Between the 3 shows, she reached between 15 million and 20 million viewers with her anti-vaccine message,
Winfrey made McCarthy a regular guest and signing her to a talk show deal.
There is still article on Oprah’s website about how McCarthy son’s autism was supposedly cured through a combination of an elimination diet, organic foods, and vitamins. here

In 2013 Oprah Winfrey did an interview with João Teixeira de Faria, faith healer, that brought him international fame. Teixeira, who was not a trained doctor, said he calls on the spirits of dead doctors while performing spiritual surgeries and treatments, sometimes using medical instruments to cut his patients without anesthesia.
In 2018, after over 600 accusations of sexual abuse, he turned himself in to police. In December 2019 he was sentenced to 19 years and four months for the rapes of four different women.

Yes, João de Deus' case was very famous here in Brazil. He used medical instruments to remove sebaceous cysts on people, he is a total charlatan.
