One could argue that Dreadlocks are not appropriate for some jobs too . Or ban the rainbow flag since it can be a political symbol, no? Or would that be homophobic? No they shouldn’t, laws should protect individuals rights within work space not the other way around. Specially from the EU that has advanced with worker rights for the big part but apparently finding ways to control what women should wear Well, for some jobs all of these things are inappropriate. For example a flight attendant can't have tattoos or visible piercings. Healthcare doesn't allow tattoos, government, usually law enforcement, military amongst other fields. But lgbt... it's only about private life. The European Union has been led by Germany and France for many years and counts only on money and not on the good of the people. This is one big mafia. I never felt sorry for either the men or women concerned by these laws since I agree with it lol. But you knew it, you just throwing empty shades cause you have nothing else... Anyway you tried to make it appears anti-women and failed yet keep repeating it as if it would make it make sense if told repeatedly. Blocking your profile since you don't even actually debate. Good luck in life lmao!

Good luck in life lmao! You guys compared these jobs to government positions and positions that require a uniform that exclude others too, even though this is not what the law says. The law is about any type of customer service and it gives the freedom to the employer to control what the employees should wear or they are fired. You told me to stop talking if I don’t know how it is in Europe, but I live and work here for years. I know my rights and everyone here I know with different opinions are aware that this law is aimed towards woman with scarfs. I work in office spaces, people can have tattoos, wear what they like as long they are not harming others. That’s the workers law, but sure most of the normal population and I are making something it is not It is funny how fragile and rude you are, just to block someone because you don’t like the answer. Cleary you don’t work in a diverse environment and like it to stay that way, but don’t give excuses for xenophobia. I will stay unbothered COME ON GAYS!!
