The concept is sound. The 'United' States isn't really united or one race either. What holds it together is the feeling that separating would leave us vulnerable and weak with the threat from foreign hostiles. Europe is has been split into regions far longer than the U.S. has even existed and to get every country to submit to unified government isn't going fly. Look at the U.N. and they aren't even a governing body.

Oh holy **** no. They've failed with investigating the economy in Greece BEFORE the crisis occured and kept lending away money.

Plus the currency didn't exactly turn out amazing just yet. There are benefits of it all but the cons have been a mess.

(There way more detailed articles, but they are mostly in German :flop: )

IMO Europe should be one country.

The only problem is the language problem. But Europe could be a country with a lot languages.

I'm proud to be an European citizen :legend:

A ver, no os emocionéis porque el que realmente puede hablar otro idioma aquí que no sea inglés o alemán soy yo

I think that It'd be an amazing country, to be honest, but before they created it they should wait till economy 'gets better'.

We'd slay the world if we were one country, but what about the countries that want to join the EU Union? The European country would keep adding and resting members/territories all the time? lol

Yes they can name it : Das Deutsche Reich

Dem Deutsche Volke or sth like that

I remember it from the Reichstag or whatever is called lol

Yes I'd love it, cause having an unique economy/laws government wouldn't interfere in the culture diversity :legend:

I love it, cause only

Just no. The countries are so different from each other, it'll just be so awkward.

No :smh:

Europe should've never even gone to the Euro. I also don't think the more powerful countries of the EU would be keen to lose a lot of their power to form one country.

This. The interdependency runs amongst too many countries and governments imo, and after countries are seeing how the recession is affecting economically strong countries like Germany, I don't think those countries are going to want to cede even more power

The UK would never.

Yeah,UK. :nails:

Just no. The countries are so different from each other, it'll just be so awkward.

And this diversity would it make unique.

And everyone in Europe share the same identity. The European identity.
