UPDATE: BRITNEY IS ALLOWED TO CHOOSE HER OWN LAWYER

The main thing we want to see today is whether the Judge will allow Britney to hire an Attorney of her own choice for the first time in 13 years. Britney reportedly wants a former Federal Prosecutor called Matthew Rosengart to represent her - he was spotted outside the court earlier today.

Britney will be attending remotely and we will not be able to listen to the audio. However, fans that are inside the court room will be live tweeting giving updates (subject to Team Con not requesting the hearing is sealed).

Hearing starts at 1.30pm Pacific / 9.30pm BST

Nope he didn't he's still technically Britney's Attorney until Britney officially has a new one. So she has no representation with that useless Sam Ingham not doing anything.

So Matthew Rosengart really needs to fight today to convince the Judge that Britney has capacity to choose her own Attorney.
