Radio airplay takes a lot of time to build up, it doesn't happen quickly. Duas has 80M because she's been on the radio for a long time. Sheeran should have been up 4 points but because Billboard decided to change their tracking period this week, he lost 5 points. Still had a 14% increase tho.

Chart runs don’t really matter, but I just looked at his Spotify streams and it has 92M streams after 2 weeks which isn’t bad at all

I personally don’t see this as a disappointment, a top 5 debut to me is a big success . Ed has said many times that the job of a lead single is to get people talking. Whether people love it or hate it the purpose is to grab people’s attention with the most “different” song on the album. Bad Habits has definitely done that and I for one can’t wait to hear the rest of the album.

like it’s not bad at all, it’s great. I don’t even like the guy and haven’t heard the song yet so i have no opinion on whether it’s chart run is “deserving”, but let’s not act like he’s over for staying in the top 6 for another week
