I understand why some fans want Gaga to say something, but it's important to remember that considering the nature and scale of abuse Britney has endured, this sort of thing can potentially be triggering for Gaga to engage with.

Anyway, I'm happy Madonna said something. She's always been in Britney's corner, but this is a time when she needs it most. Hardcore fans of hers will understand just how layered her statement is with the use of that specific image.

She took a loooong time but finally she’s opening up, she knew from the beginning of the cship, or how could you explain that Britney made an interlude for Human Nature where she’s trapped on an elevator and desperate to get out and be invited to sing the song.and M screamed “SHE’S NOT YOUR B*TCH” and agree to appear on For the record 

She most surely signed NDAs but until now she’s speaking out. You want Gaga to speak but their relationship wasn’t that close, in M’s case, she was present on key moments and she probably knows more cause she collaborated with her while the cship was new in her life
