they are friends. and tay is beyond loyal. i don’t like ed, but the song is a bop. seeing all the pressed people is so funny.

I'm glad that their friendship was able to survive Ed's radio silence when Taylor launched her tirade against Scooter.

Ed was caught in the middle because he had just released a collab with Justin Bieber, so supporting Taylor would've been a stab in the back to Scooter. Ed was definitely one of the people Taylor had in mind when she gave her dig at other popstars saying something along the lines of "He's [Scooter] always been a nice guy to me is not an excuse for staying silent on this issue."
