I used to Stan her during OOTB and TD but got bored during the PRISM, Rise, and Witness eras.

Because people love the drama of the concept that only one female can be on top.

I don't care much for popstars in general except for Gaga. But there's something about Katy that puts me off more than others. I realized looking back that it's probably because I had a friend who was a fan of her, I discovered her through him, and since we stopped being friends, I think she kind of bothers me not because she's bad or anything but just because I associate her with him. Thinking of, there are a lot of artists I don't dislike per se but that I kind of keep my distance with, just because I associate them with people I knew.

Oh cmon, what she said back then was dumb

But it's not like she was intentionally rude

Katy had a lot of trauma and things to unlearn because of her fanatic parents and was struggling herself

You expect her to be respectful about someone else's health, when she didn't even know how to deal with her own

You can point that out and say it was wrong, but it's not a reason to not like her

+Saying that her breakdown was her karma... really? You're no better

She did it more than once. Also laughing with something and then have it happen to yourself is LITERALLY the definition of karma so I don't know why that makes me "not any better" since I didn't invent the word nor did I invent English.

I actually love Witness  The people who dislike her probably can’t let go of the 2013 drama

Lol, I said that she had years of trauma and lack of understanding about mental health

Obviously she's going to do it more than once, what do you expect?

That she's going to magically know everything after one bad joke?

Also, karma for laughing at someone, would be someone laughing at you, not having the breakdown yourself

And even if it was her karma, saying that like it's nothing "oh well, she got what she deserved, karma" is just sh1tty and insensitive

A little but if empathy would be nice

red wine, cheap perfume and a filthy pout

No karma is laughing with something bad and have that bad thing happen to yourself so you finally understand how it feels. That's karma.

I don't need to be sensitive or show empathy towards her. She hasn't made an apology towards the people she laughed at. Until then, you can't expect people to show empathy.
