Gaga has proven to be the type to not “revisit” past works, and I think that’s intentional. She’s always changing, morphing, adapting, and once she completes a body of work it’s truly completed for her. we were never getting Act II, and certainly not vía DJWS or a petition, but that also does not mean ARTPOP means nothing to Gaga. Gaga has moved on since ARTPOP and emotionally probably doesn't want to go back to where she was and redo songs she wrote back then. She probably cringes at the oolong tea lyric, as she should.
