It seems to have a hyperpop theme so far which would be amazing for Chromatica. All of these artists can be quite surreal with imagery and unique sounds. WhileI think a hyperpop/PC music route would be amazing for the remix album, it only makes me even more sad that SOPHIE’s work didn’t make the final cut of the original album. It’s not like it’s a project that requires any real promotion beyond posting about it on social media, it doesn’t need to take up any of Gaga’s time beyond approving the remixes that are submitted and the final track-list. Things like the album artwork and adverts can easily be worked on whilst the music is being finalised, it doesn’t need physical CDs or vinyls to be immediately available. Like…if everything was in by the end of this week then it could reasonably be out next week no? We’ve seen artists work pretty Swiftly () during this time, so I think it’s doable.
