gumzy3000 7,898
Your title is so false. This all happened because Israel has been harassing and stealing lands from Palestinians for the past few days. Israel is the attacker, not the victim. Israel is the biggest terrorist nation on the planet yet the USA still gives them billions of aid a year. trolly troll troll
joannester 1,270
While the title is (intentionally) misleading it is not false and should not be put to the side. To have a serious discussion on such topics the lights and the shadows of all actors have to be put on the table and analysed with cold blood. Being delusional about that driver's intentions does not improve the lives of Israelis in the slightest. Spewing anti-semitic poison and turning a blind eye on t****ism does not improve the lives of Palestinians in the slightest. Taking houses away from people is a crime, Sending hundreds of rockets to kill as many civilians as possible is a crime, driving over people intentionally is a crime. How can anyone really put into question these statements ? well.. the answer is convenience and pride . ctherainbow 3,162
I hope as few civilians are hurt as possible. Honestly I wish the US had just given land for a Jewish community post-WW2. We have the space, and there would be so much less death. I'm talkin' 'bout forever, baby.

Americans not supporting Israel would mean they are not supporting the USA because it was basically made the same way Israel is being made now aka by stealing land and cleansing it from native people. Guest Adarsh
Are there any left wing Israeli news channels or has it all been bought by the government? Because these headlines are not it. It’s shameful what they’re doing.

It's been explained to you multiple times but it seems you're still not getting it...the vast majority of the Israeli public is anti-Palestine. The problem is not just with the government, the people of Israel are playing just as large a part in this as their leaders are. Of course it's distressing and horrible that these Israeli children are being put in this situation, and nobody here is throwing any of their anger at these kids. They're kids, this is not their doing. Their parents and the other adults however? They are supporters of a regime hell bent on erasing an entire group of people from existence and you attempting to deflect responsibility from them onto the purely the government is just a reflection of an attitude that has allowed this to continue happening unchallenged. Israel provoked this attack on their own people so they could spin the narrative in their favor, and you're falling for it.
dit 46,738
I don't call this terrorism. I dont like Hamas but at the end of the day Palestinians are literally having their homes stolen, can't construct new homes due to land laws that are discriminatory to them, they are LEGALLY treated as second class citizens due to Israel's new citizen law that they inducted like a year or two ago stating that Israel is the nation state for Jewish people and basically relegating the Arabic language and Arab people (both Muslim and Christian) as 2nd class citizens, the nation has apartheid (literally there are several walls seperating the people and there are roads and services put in place JUST for Palestinians and roads and services put in place just for Israelis (usually the better roads and services) etc..etc...etc...if this were any other country the world would call it a war of self defense and of existense but because this is an Arab people that are mostly Muslim (though there is a significant Christian Palestinian minority as well), the world chooses to call this terrorism. At the end of the day Israel is a recognized state by literally almost the entirity of the world. The whole "we are fighting for our existence" narrative DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. The people who are actually fighting for their existence and statehood are Palestinians who are NOT recognized by much of the world in a significant way other than symbolically by some organizations, they have no concept of a state because their land keeps getting annexed year after year. SO this is a war of self defense and of the right to exist. The right to a state. I'm not falling for the narrative of Israel being the victim anymore. Of course this is a two way street and Palestinians and Hamas ESPECIALLY have to find different methods. Attacking civilians is atrocious but to turn a blind eye and act like Israel isn't literally DESTROYING any chance for a Palestinian state is absolutely ridiculous and to diminish the suffering of the Palestinians is absolutely cruel. End of.
SchwineLove 1,375
The ultimate truth will finally illuminated, guys. This is an interesting endgame scenario. I can't wait for Zionists to lose their pride and got nowhere to hide and got no tricks left under the sleeve. Humanity is evolving. Israel is not. Why is it so hard to understand that trying to kill children is digesting, regardless of which side is doing it. i am 100% with Palestine, but launching rockets at civilians is not ok. Not supporting Hamas tho, I just hoped they are a bit civil and smarter at their self-defense, but I think we asked too much for the oppressed side when we (the world) don't help in military and political strategy-wise

Oh I get it, but once again, this is a conflict that the government has caused. If the government was sorted then temperature would cool. People are claiming a majority of the population agree but simple logic doesn’t back that up. the reason I’m mad is because while you say ‘no one in this thread is saying that’ if you actually go through and read what is being said you will see all of ‘well they deserve it’. What they are saying is exactly that. If you are in this thread saying things like that, you have fallen down the hole.
