what's wrong with her saying this?? I think she just means Floyd is a martyr for people to take police brutality seriously.. Floyd was one of the only cases that REALLY put police brutality into the spotlight.. and that could save many lives

The phrasing "sacrificing your life" imply that he wanted to sacrifice his life, when he very clearly did not. He was brutally murdered by that officer. I understand the gist of what she's trying to say but she really ****ed up here.

Watching her say it somehow makes it 10 times worse

"for being there to call out for your mom... how heartbreaking was that?" :saladga:

Soft, soothing, and succulent

She also said something like "Thank you for calling out for your mother" or something equally bad. I don't know what happened to her, or her staff for that matter...

Former First Lady of the United States. Now card-carrying member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

This is not the right way to say. He shouldn't have to die, but he did against his will, so don't thank a horrible fate to his life. It's like thanking John Lennon for dying, Thank you John for dying outside your home to make us realize that guns are bad!!! You did a great job John!!!!!! You did a sacrifice!!!!!

Makes zero sense and is borderline disrespectful

It's her white privilege speaking for her. Next time she should just shut up if THIS is what she thinks it's the right thing to say.

Feels like everyone sees it as a joke, these democrats pretending to care but still don't see a black person as a human being they are so fake it's mindboggling to me that they cant see black people as just PEOPLE!!! I mean hello????? They need to seriously start something drastic like acknowledging crime against humanity in their country, because thats what it was, as similar as other crimes against humanity across the world and many countries. Acknowledge it, pay tribute to it, talk about it, say it out loud, just say that the ancestors of the country have done it, and there should be tributes paid every year, a special area for the slave ancestors. It has to become official, in order for this country to heal

Stupidity isn’t a good place. Idk how clueless you have to be to imply he’s a martyr and that he WANTED to die

Lady Rah Rah

Who the heck would congratulate someone who's been murdered...so disrespectful to his family. I hope wherever you are George, you feel somewhat at peace knowing some justice has been served today. But you should still be here with us.

Chromatica will live on forever.
