I’ll keep wearing my mask and social distancing.

If it was for people like you we'd be in this situation until 2025 :fail:

Did I say something else? Yes you can get it but you won’t get it as strong and you won’t die of it. Also chances are much much lower to get it without a vaccine so whats your point in the comment?

What you just said you can say for every vaccine or medic in the world so I don’t see the point you try to make?

RNA vaccines (Moderna, Pfizer) do not cause blood clots and are the best option for young people, FYI.

They said it might need a this dose after a year yeah, which isn't surprising really. We get flu shots every year too

We’ll see. If I had to take the vaccine I would like the Moderna one.

To be honest, I side with people on this one. (I'm not anti-vax by any means).

But I think they rushed the vaccines to the market and they turned out to have fatal secondary effects (Concerning Astrazeneca and J&J as for now). I know the proportion of people having it is very low, but how can you be sure it won't be you or someone close to you who will experience this.

I don't think it's people being entitled. It's people being worried about possibly dying by trying to get protected and protect others as well. It's a very complicated issue. I hope the ones who developed the vaccine are working and trying to figure out how to lessen the effects.

The issue with this is that MANY medications/vaccines have potential adverse effects. And the actual rate of issues occuring with any of these vaccines is FAR lower than most medications on the market that we see thus far. I'm a registered nurse and have been for 4 years now. I've saw more reactions with the damn flu vaccine than I have with this vaccine.

No one is forcing anyone to take it but the bottom line is people are blowing this WAY. OUT. OF. PROPORTION. Very frustrating as a front line worker to see THIS used as the excuse for refusing a perfectly fine vaccine.

I understand your point, and it's clear  that there are way more benefits than adverse effects. But the problem I see is that it's still not very clear what causes the clots in the blood. There is not an specific profile of people that develop the clots once they take the vaccine.

I don't want to sound picky, as I agree we have to make what we can to stop the pandemic. But if I know that -x- vaccine could potentially become a threat for my health and my life (even at a very small percentage), I would be afraid to expose myself to it too. It's like a russian roulette. You have no idea.

So in that sense I can understand the people by not agreeing on taking it as for now.
