Encounter rate hacking highly increases the encounter of a certain pokemon (in this case the legendaries). Depending on what patch of grass you go in, it sets their levels. ManuelColon 702 Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 After catching Xerneas like 7 times i decided to give up (i wanted a Modest one but this one is Relaxed and i don't care i'll just super train him), i still don't know what moves to give it :cry: and are those legendaries real?.....
