Not to discredit her but it was Billy B or Val Garland who conceptualized Gaga’s best makeup look pre-ARTPOP. The last thing they seemed to publicly work on was the Do What U Want video, which Tara was actually in, for some reason. We all know how the DWUW video ended up. After that, Tara was out of the picture, apparently, mostly due to "health reasons". It just doesn't add up. I don't think Tara is re-joining the Haus.
