ok so then she tried to be an actress and she DID AN AMAZING JOB OMG, with a Star Is Born, so she of course, recorded the whole soundtrack, with daddy Bradley Cooper, the talking Racoon from the Guardians of the Galaxy, there you can listen to the best love song to ever create that got her an Oscar's and like so many awards, Shallow, you will not stop listening to it.. Why did You Do That is a skip.

and then after a big hiatus from pop.. here it comes..Chromatica.. her Magnet Opossum, you will like every song there except for 1000 Doves and Fun Tonight, which is not really fun.. but Alice omg, 911 omg watch the video.. Replay.. her best song ever..

Like everyone said: it depends.

If it's someone who likes rock, I will make sure to make them listen to some of her covers first so they know she can rock (If I ever lose my faith in you, Metallica, Gimme Shelter...). Then I'll make them listen to her rock-influenced songs (Yoü and I, Electric Chapel, MANiCURE...). Then dive deeper into Born this Way which has a lot of rock influences overall.

If it's someone who likes jazz, I'll start with C2C obviously, and show some of her best live performances. Then I'll introduce them to some of her jazzy songs (Just another day, Come to mama).

Just know what they like and start with the closest she's done to these genres.

Then always make sure to show them her acoustic performances, especially of her hits.

I think everyone I tried this method with at least acknowledges that she has talent, and sometimes she's just not their taste. If I stuck to showing them the basic pop songs, they would think she's just another untalented popstar.
