This is an excellent comparison and you are spot on. The similarities are actually very eerie, I'll explain more below. These 3 girls are serving all the looks, fun, and antics that made pop fun 10 years ago with Gaga, Katy, and Kesha.

Cardi is definitely most like Gaga. She has been SERVING with the looks and styles. I've said we haven't seen someone do it this well since TFM/BTW era Gaga. Her behavior has shock value like Gaga did.
Cardi is also from NYC like Gaga, was a stripper and Gaga was a go-go dancer, and they both have crazy work ethic that got them to where they are. The grind in the beginning for Cardi seems as tough as Gaga and they both made it through.

Ironically, Megan is also like Kesha because started her career with bad management that almost screwed her. And has been assaulted by a huge public figure like Kesha too, sadly.

Doja's success is largely like Katy's in that she was around but didn't break mainstream success until Dr. Luke got involved. Both of their success is largely fueled by social media. They both heavily rely on a glossy sexed up style and lyrics as part of their image. And they both serve pure pop bops.

considering I Kissed A Girl, Tik Tok, and Just Dance are iconic, I'd say it's not the same. Cardi exploded onto the scene but the others had much more gradual rises. They are very successful and doing the do, just disagree w the comparison

Doja is the one with the crazy charisma and stage presence.
