Yes Gaga has made completely amazing songs since Bad Romance, but Bad Romance was the song that cemented her as a Pop Icon, it made her viral, it made the whole world look and turn an eye and eat to Gaga. The music is amazing, the Music Video was EPIC (Won her 3 VMAs) and THAT is why, in my eyes at least, Bad Romance can be considered one of (if not the penultimate) Masterpiece of her career

Get ready fellow monsters, ARTPOP is coming and it's gonna be bigger than we could possibly imagine, that's why she said for us to lose our "preconceived notions about [her] music"

idk personally I think Gaga can top Bad Romance. The reason why BR is/was Gagas biggest hit to mostly the public and some little monsters , was because she kept it ...... SIMPLE ... She wasn't overly creative and experimental like she was on BTW . It was a song a little monster could enjoy as much as someone who didn't really like Gaga like that . And that's what I think she needs to do with ARTPOP. Keep it simple *not meaning basic*/creative , not overly creative/catchy/and slay worthy and we'll be good .
