If racism is called for absolutely everything, then people are going to stop listening. That charge needs to be well vetted before being leveled, and I don’t feel like it was in this instance. I can't stand Sharon but she was defending her friend who she does not believe to be racist. People will pick apart her tone of voice and dramatics but Sharon gets like that a lot. I see black women be all "she's not gonna talk to me like that" as if she's specifically talking to a black woman like that 🙄 This is why cancel culture has lost its way. The worst of society should be cancelled - the pedos, the abusers etc but you have black people calling for anyone who doesn't immediately agree with everything they say and want yet they will go and stan Chris Brown and say he should be forgiven. If you don't listen or invalidate what someone says because of their skin color, that is racism. Of course you can easily object and say "it's simply my opinion" but the history of the actions of those who claim not to be racists speaks more about where they actually stand.
