James needs to get his sh.it together then. The crazy thing is he's still young! He doesn't need to go after 16 year olds,  he's still young enough to get with young 18-22 year olds who look the same but are actual adults his age range

Lmao as if you would ask for someone’s ID to “validate” their age. That is weird and no one does that in situations like that. He told him he was 18 and that’s all he had to know. James did nothing bad, that kid clearly blackmailed him and then used this for popularity. Just stop.

That's not how things work in court. You cannot defend yourself saying "That is weird and no one does that in situations like that".  James did wrong. He should not keep doing what he did. It is not a hard thing to admit and I don't see any reason to defend him. I'm sure if this was happening between a guy and a teenage girl, everybody's opinion would be different. James could saw his age where he took his snapchat from.

Also Instead of me, maybe James himself can stop because this is not the first allegation against him.

He did nothing wrong. That guy DMed him, James expressed his concerns and asked him about age, guy lied and said he is 18. You clearly don’t know how court works and it shows. I am female and if another female lied about her age to a 20 year old and did what this guy did I would be calling her out too. The fact that you would actually accuse someone like this is sick and everything wrong with society today. This guy is CLEARLY framing him for popularity. Also it is illegal to show someone’s nude pictures like this and he did that which is also punishable along with his other actions.

Why do people keep forgetting that James said he got his snap through his Insta and his Insta said his age and on the story highlight right before his snapchat that James got it from there's a screenshot of his TikTok and his bio says 16 

there's no way James didn't see that, and why would the guy lie about his age if he knew his age was in his bio that James saw? Make it make sense.
