This reporter clearly does not like that Canada is taking the vaccines from the program early while leaving less for Poor Countries just because it can pay

The ongoing disaproval and the fact that no answer is acceptable to the reporter :ladyhaha:

I didn't fact check the minister, but if what she is saying is true, I don't see what the reporter has such a problem with. Canada wants to protect its people (not wrong???)... at the same time they are also providing funding for developing countries; she said they're the second largest donors for the donation pillar of the program.

Well i never said the scheme is terrible since it also provides funding to the second pillar or aspect of the program which is that the other half go to poor countries that cant afford it

The OP is about the reporters reaction not whether i agree with it or not :flop:

Agree with this.

(I also didn't fact check but) if the minister is right, there's really no issue here

I enjoyed watching ms girl pop off tho that was entertaining

Oh no, I wasnt directing it at you or anyone here. More questioning why the reporter kept fixating on the situation. My apologies if it came out wrong!

Ah ok.

But yeah. The reporter was being kinda... agressive and repetitive... and stubborn :deadbanana:

Like it was very clear she had strong opions in this topic and wasnt about to go about it quietly. Also the way she said that rushed thanks at the end with that raised voice :air:

Totally lol. I really thought she was going to eventually ask different types of questions but she never got off her bandwagon! And totally rushed off at the end like you said. At least we all got a clear education on the program and its too pillars since the minister repeated how it all works like 8 times lmao.

Well thats typical Canadian politicians anyway... smile and be really friendly while saying the exact same thing over and over in different wording and then beat around the bush without giving a real answer. Trudeau does that all the time and it really pisses me off. He manages to talk for half an hour without actually saying anything :flop:

At least in this case she actually did explain her thing and her repetition was a result of the reporter being annoying so a nice exchange of roles for once so not exactly the same situation :enigma:
