I have nothing against stricter fines and harder crackdown on failed following of guidelines. It doesnt have to be either positive or negative reinforcement in my opinion it can be both

 

This shouldnt be looked at as a "reward". Its a benefit to help those that cant work cuz of it. In times like these support goes a long way

It’s pretty much a lost cause in the UK. There’s no stopping it now unless the whole country is confined to house arrest for 6-12 months.

It’s not a benefit, it’s paying people for those of test positive of COVID, it should be heavily regulated for those in the public sector and earning a certain amount every year

I know that somebody sued as a store discriminated against them not wearing a mask and they won and were awarded £7000 because they were exempt from wearing a mask based on health reasons. This “incentive” is ridiculous. How is paying people £500 just for having COVID a practical financial step when that money could be put to better use?
