Where it made front page news everyday and the FBI got involved and they had to pay a $1.2 billion dollar settlement to avoid getting bankrupted by a prosecution? Idk if you're referring to some random Toyota touch screen problem, but I'd hardly call it "the same problem." Basically every single feature is done on a Tesla's touchscreen which makes a failure way more dangerous (like, can you even put the car in park if the touchscreen goes unresponsive?). Also, worldwide, Tesla has only 730,000 cars on the road. 160k recalls is over 20% of their ENTIRE fleet (edit: actually i can't find the exact amount of Tesla cars sols, but I think it's less that 730k which makes the recall even bigger in proportion...)
