Umm it would be a scandal if every single button and lever in a Ford vehicle went inoperable while the vehicle was moving sis!

Is this Grimes' secret account? Did you just buy 100 stocks in Tesla? Is this the AI of a Tesla minivan?

A bunch of free repairs to 2012's  for touch screen and camera problems meh...

It's not like the brakes on the Toyota Prius are any better and almost twice as many recalls happened.

It wasn't a scandal for the Toyota with the same problem for twice as many recalls. They get fixed end of scandal.

And I am Grimes.

Uh sis are you talking about Toyota's biggest scandal potentially ever? Where it made front page news everyday and the FBI got involved and they had to pay a $1.2 billion dollar settlement to avoid getting bankrupted by a prosecution?

Idk if you're referring to some random Toyota touch screen problem, but I'd hardly call it "the same problem." Basically every single feature is done on a Tesla's touchscreen which makes a failure way more dangerous (like, can you even put the car in park if the touchscreen goes unresponsive?).

Also, worldwide, Tesla has only 730,000 cars on the road. 160k recalls is over 20% of their ENTIRE fleet :saladga:

(edit: actually i can't find the exact amount of Tesla cars sols, but I think it's less that 730k which makes the recall even bigger in proportion...)

Hehe no, but we do know that you have Tesla stock so maybe that's why you're defending them :ally:

Did you even read the article?

Because you are describing Toyota's recall not Tesla's.

"The issue affects Model S sedans built between 2012 and 2018 and Model X SUVs from 2016 to 2018. The problem involved the memory chip used in the displays, which could affect a range of safety issues including:

the loss of rear-view camera images and controls for heating, air conditioning and defrosting

the potential loss of audible chimes and alerts associated with indicators and the drive-assistance Autopilot feature"

I mean I guess you could die if your asleep while autopilot was on, which your not supposed to be.

Yeah that one. What's your point. Toyota isn't going anywhere.

Who wouldn't buy Tesla stocks? Why are you trying so hard for it to be a bigger scandal than it is? Did you already sell your Tesla stocks so f_ck everyone else? You can't have your cake and eat it too. Eventually people catch on to insincerity.

You literally said it "wasn't a scandal for toyota" which is complete and utter BS haha. It was a HUGE scandal....

And my point about this recall is that it's affecting like over 25% of all Tesla cars on the road today which is.... big, wouldn't you say?

Tesla is the most over-valued stock on the market, that's why.

Case and point: ""These guys are losing money selling cars. They're making money selling credits. And the credits are going away," said Gordon Johnson of GLJ Research and one of the biggest bears on Tesla (TSLA) shares." cnn

Like literally anyone who majored in finance or econ will tell you how skeptical they are of Tesla's stocks

You call me insincere when you are in here blatantly denying an obviously big negative news story while baselessly boasting about Tesla stocks which you LITERALLY OWN LOL

That user literally profits off of convincing others that this isn't a big deal

The only reason Tesla is highly valued, and why Elon is the richest man in the world, is because they have a cult of fans who invest despite the red flags in underlying fundamentals

Tesla's bubble will crash eventually, though. It's inevitable. Like there is no way a single Tesla stock can actually be worth $1,200 :saladga: especially considering Teslas loses money by selling their cars :saladga: like I- :saladga:

That article which literally shows profit. :billie: You're so out of context and it also quotes another article that pictures the growth of the company. But go ahead quote out of context one liners from articles to confirm your bias.
