It's easy if you think everyone thinks like you. There are rebels, there are skeptics, there are those who don't care, not everyone will follow the rules and guidelines, I mean we've seen it, rave parties here and there, people against masks, it's not "easy" because u cant control people, if you think it's so easy then why when every country tell people in adverts, in speeches to wash their hands, social distance and wear masks, there were still death tolls? It’s true China’s wet markets need to be regulated and more monitoring needs to happen etc 

BUT 

the issue with Western countries is that they’re trying to put blame on China for their current situation. That ship has sailed, mate. YOU are responsible for the current state of your country. Western society has FAILED to properly contain a virus. Why do Asian countries have the virus mostly under control? Ask yourself. 

Yes, the origin is important and future pandemics can be prevented, but the cases and deaths now fall on YOU, not China.

Wet markets and wildlife markets, like the one is Wuhan that started the COVID-19 pandemic, are really different and much less sanitary, often involving different live species stacked on cages on top on each other is horrible conditions where blood, puss, and feces spreads freely to animals in cages belows (which is how scientists believe COVID-19 jumped from bats to pangolins potentially). These markets in China also started the SARs epidemic. 

Still, I think Boris is wrong in blaming traditional/eastern medicine. The rich elite in China, and the chinese government, are responsible for keeping these markets open rather than shutting them down like the WHO has been begging them to for years.

Also it's just dumb luck that the chicken, cow, etc mass farms we use for meat haven't produced the next pandemic. Stop being racist as hell. 

Eastern societies generally have the benefit of communities of people who put public health over personal 'freedoms.'
