The police was asking why he doesn't have his license plates on (?) But they were also checking other cars as well Totzzz? A little bit of background: Aparently this dude have a warrant issued so he escaped from US and asked Mexico for political asylum and this was accepted. He was a youtuber. I'm American and have traveled to many countries but I only know English. The people we met in each country were all so nice and helpful. Even people who knew no English did everything they could to help us and communicate with us. I think many Americans are arrogant when they travel. I live outside the space time continuum.
