Johnny Depp is accusing Amber Heard of pocketing the $7m settlement from their 2016 divorce and repeatedly lying about giving it all to charity

Amber 34, vowed to split the massive payment between two charities but Depp's lawyers believe it was a 'sham' 

His team spent the past year chasing American Civil Liberties Union and the Children's Hospital Los Angeles to find out how much they actually received from the actress

The ACLU has so far refused to cooperate with multiple subpoenas. But documents produced by the hospital suggest it only received $100,000 – way short of the promised $3.5m 'gift'. LA kids facility wrote to Heard in June 2019 to ask 'if the pledge will not be fulfilled'.  

Johnny Depp's lawyers claim the correspondence proves Heard was lying when she boasted about the giveaway.

Which roughly translates into, she has made some transfers, but not all the money as promised. However, now that she is being exposed, she will send more funds when she can (looking for job offers atm).

That would be really really sad. But does Johnny gain something if that's a truth that comes out? She will be deservedly shamed by people and it could affect her carreer too but is there something in it for Johnny?

I cannot wait for her to get ANY sort of consequences for her actions.  It blows my mind that everyone was blindly on her side about the situation with Johnny.
