Yeah they made it included in December for the US. Its been on Disney+ since May (I think??) but you had to subscribe too Disney+ Premium or some dumb **** like that for $30.00. Now its free lmao

During May to December, if you paid a one time fee of $30.00 in addition to your subscription price, you would get access to Mulan (live action). Thats literally it lmao. You were basically paying 30 bucks for an additional movie ON TOP OF your subscription price (monthly or yearly). I believe that is not an option anymore since Mulan is now available to stream included with your subscription.

to be honest its more of a commentary on the wardrobe and stylist for the movie, they could have gone a little "evil bougie" cause thats what I think of when i think of Cruella, not broke ass art student lol. Maybe these pap photos are a scene from a flashback or something so who knows
