We needed a really strong attorney general to prosecute white collar crime and corruption and this doesn't seem like a good choice for that. I don't know much about him other than him being a palatable choice for the supreme court for republicans according to Obama. Also .. he's a judge?? Isn't that weird to make him attorney general?
