Yeah because most people have no idea what is and what isn't a number one song. People just remember what they heard and liked. i mean i totally agree with this but the context is sort of different. this is taylor’s second surprise album in the span of months. it would be different for gaga if her lead single went #1 after years of hiatus that would drop off the earth the very next week
