That is where parents take into place, as guidance. You just don't leave your kids alone when watching movies, even if it's just Frozen or Dora. When I was around 5 and discovered the Halloween series, no one had to explain it to me I was aware that what I was watching wasn't real and I knew it was a movie. I wasn't into gore or anything like that, but spooky movies are okay. Especially the TV edits because they will remove the cursing and any nudity. A lot of parents need to understand that kids are actually really smart and know what's up. My mom let me watch whatever I want and none of it bothered me at all. The kid that lived next door to me wasn't allowed to watch Harry Potter or Hocus Pocus because of witchcraft and he was almost a teenager. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
