I can see the Academy being heavily criticized if Taylor wins. Not because it's one of those years in which a bad album or an "unknown" artist wins (it's quite the opposite here). I think It'd be a little weird to award her a third AOTY , in a relatively short time and being so young, especially in a year with so much tension about representation and inclusiveness. I have a feeling Dua will take it, but don't count Jhené Aiko or The Black Pumas out

it's not like they care tho...how many times the academy was heavily criticized and nothing changed...they'll give to anyone they wants tbh. 

OT: the front runner is folklore for sure, but we never know.

They do care ... Otherwise they wouldn't be so public about the changes they've made to some categories and the fact they have nominated more women and people of color overall. And, in the end of the day, the thing they want the most is audience. They "used" Billie this year because they thought it'd attract a younger audience, and it didn't work that well. What I am trying to say is: as much as I agree that Folklore is a front runner, I wouldn't be surprised if a smaller artist (Jhené Aiko / The Black Pumas) ended up winning. And, if they are going to favor a more mainstream one, I believe Dua has more chances than Taylor
