Gaga "Not Promoting Chromatica"

Part of me wishes she decided to keep all of their concepts and ideas for unaltered use post-Covid, explaining why she did the bare minimum this year. I also feel like she's now in her 30s and doesn't really need to fight like a beginner anymore, she's earned it.

Of course, since her and her team say absolutely nothing and act like everything's normal, that's pretty frustrating for us fans. I guess it does keep us on our toes tho.

This. There's something offensive about making assumptions regarding someone else's mental health. We know she struggles with anxiety and depression, but we have no idea what the state of her mental health is like right now, and it's only our business if she tells us about it.

Pretty much all of the sponsorships Gaga has been doing have been in place for over a year. They were designed to be an integral part of the album campaign because these companies are all paying for what she intended to do this year. Unfortunately COVID set the development of most of the content meant to be released alongside these launches back by quite a bit, and so we just get pure ads because she's bound by contract. Has nothing to do with her supposedly moving on from the album.

I imagine (and I'm just speculating before anyone goes wild) they'll hit restart next year, re-release the album with new material and we'll get everything they've been sitting on.

– We know she worked on a project with Nick Knight that has yet to be released. Per his Instagram comments, it's a photoshoot and a music video

– Nicola commented that he has been working on Chromatica content for Gaga throughout quarantine this summer

– Cycy, Gaga's personal videographer, confirmed more Gagavisions coming, meaning they're working and (obviously) filming behind the scenes content

I always think of the possibility that Gaga has been saving the good stuff for after the pandemic.

Honestly, her streamings are quite good, even though she didn't promote at all.

It's very frustrating because I LOVE CHROMATICA, but what can we do? If she doesn't want to promote it...

Yes, she focused on what's most important.   She sets the example of putting people first in these terrible times when things like music and entertainment can wait a bit.  Imo, things that were delayed may happen later.

We're discussing the promotion of Chromatica - as far as I'm aware, her charity work had nothing to do with it, so why are you bringing it up exactly?
