OMonster 14,204 Posted December 12, 2020 Share Posted December 12, 2020 I see Evermore and Folklore as one, so for me I'd put them both at No.1, and then Chromatica at a very close No. 2. I enjoy Chromatica more than I do Evermore and Folklore - but I recognise it's inferior to Taylor's two albums. Chromatica is very escapist and about experiences (largely) removed from everyday life, while Taylor's music is extremely grounded in reality. That's probably why I prefer Chromatica, as it's like entering Lady Gaga's world and leaving everything else behind... but lyrically, it doesn't touch Folklore and Evermore. subtext / fantasy Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
