My issue is her always talking about some kind of label and disappearing without connecting with the fans, which feels hurtful when someone that got you through times doesn't want to connect much with you. As I said, I do understand things may be hard for her but I still feel disappointed, and that's okay.

I agree with you, it's hard watching people constantly be mean to Gaga without knowing what's going on behind the scenes but there will always be people like this! The best thing to do is just ignore it as they won't ever go away, she could do a visual for every single song and they would still find something to complain about.

Fans have a right to express how they feel or what they'd like to see from their favourite artist. Gaga isn't perfect and we should be able to criticise her on things that we don't agree with. Just like with any other celeb, if it goes too far then that would be wrong. But asking things or even being critical over some of the choices being made (or rather not made) should be respected. 

On the specific topic of Chromatica, all the criticism is justified. What artist releases a project and then disappears for most of the year? Even during the pandemic, many other artists did fun interactive things with their fans and also gave live performances from home. When you see so many other artists entertain their fans over what could be described as one of the bleakest, darkness years in modern history, it becomes so frustrating to see your favourite artist remain silent for so long. It is her job as an entertainer to entertain people... and album released in May only goes so far. 

Nobody is looking for promotions. But what we are looking for is content. If you leave your fans high and dry for the longest, of course they are going to be frustrated and angry. Gaga gave us stuff in February, May, and October. 3 months out of 12. Is that good enough, or what we should expect from a well respected entertainer like Gaga?

Edit- to add more. Gaga was literally know for going crazy for her fans she named us like her own children. She has gone through worse anything taylor or any other artist didnt obviously shes going to now keep some distance seeing how fans have still not changed.

The gp eats up Taylor, not only her fans, which is the reason for her success. Gaga, on the other hand, is tied more to her fans for her success, since she hasn't had that big gp support for a while now. The reason you see more Gaga criticism from Gaga fans is probably a bias from being in Gaga fan sites more, and also, probably because Swifties do not have anything to complain about, since they get fed 24/7. 

"Eating everything up" is not a good trait, too. Are we mindless drones? 

I never criticize her music, or her acting, because I honestly love anything and everything she puts out. The problem for ME is that she shut fans off so completely that I don't feel ANY connection to her anymore. That's my problem, as I specified in my comment here.

Based on her latest interview with CBS, I think her lack of activity is something that we will have to respect until she's perfectly mentally stable. Something tells me Interscope just wanted to push out an album since she's about to do other projects.

Yes, she is not. Again, I am saying that she can - and should be able to - do whatever she wants, but when you have millions of fans, you cannot expect to keep everyone happy without ANY interactions whatsoever. As per my previous comment, I am not criticizing her autonomy, only her lack of a relationship with fans - that has become more and more apparent since ARTPOP. While it is understandable, you cannot expect fans to be like "oh, okay" for everything. She is a person, yes, but we are too.
