Yungblud earns his first Number 1 on this week’s Official Albums Chart in UK with his second record Weird!. Racking up 39,000 chart sales – with 91% of its total made up of pure sales – Weird! comfortably leads this week chart, finishing ahead of Together At Christmas by Michael Ball & Alfie Boe at Number 2. Arctic Monkeys land at Number 3 with their new live album, Live at the Royal Albert Hall.

Shawn Mendes’ fourth album Wonder debuts at Number 12.

Shawn tho...clearly people felt differently and like most have said...were annoyed by the album 😒

I think he has that edgy 'I'm different' thing going on that younger teens seem to love and it appeals to them and their angst

I didn't mind him in the beginning.... but I agree. He tries way too hard to be "the weird kid", and his personality is very "in your face". His music isn't that great, his voice is annoying, his accent is annoying, and his singing ability is non-existent. :bear:

Idk... its like he's seen Harry Styles and gone "I can be weirder" and the result is Yungblud... with bad music and bad singing :bear:
