I do feel a bit confused/lost. I do wish we got more concrete announcements from Gaga or her team about whether there are or are not further plans for this era, and a clue about what they are. (Not vague emoji captions that could mean anything or nothing, I mean something like "expect a MV or a performance in the next month" or something VERY clear, like that.)

Yeah!! like I remember she would hype up music videos literally weeks before they're released. Her tactic of keeping things secret and then surprising us and then doing that all over again is just exhausting in a way lol

I wouldn’t say betrayed but I am very disappointed. Not only with the way the chromatica era panned out (or didn’t pan out), but ever since ARTPOP she seems like she’s lost the passion and drive for music, performing, art etc. Everything now seems so forced and I think the way she just drops music related stuff and disappears is proof of that. I also dislike when she says contradictory things, tells lies, says the same rehearsed speech over and over, and how she has pretty much gone back on everything she ever said pre 2015. Idk if I even consider myself a Stan anymore or just a casual fan

I want another music video. It'd be heaps nicer in general too if she showed more connectivity and humanity like she used to, which I think is what everyone misses the most. Just her actually taking the couple minutes time out of her life (even once a week wouldn't be so bad) to share a human message, as if Gaga herself actually wrote it (not like many of what gets posted which are so commercial and promoted in nature as though she could've just had it written by the team), with some kind of thoughtful or humorous quality to it. I mean, I know she doesn't have to, and by no means do I expect it of her, or make it some kind of ultimatum or clash point over whether I support her. But it does make things more boring, and so in turn, people lose interest in her... and who knows maybe that's what she wants.

have you ever had that experience when something you enjoy doing becomes a job?  And suddenly you don't want to do it in your spare time and it's not a passion in the same way?  I just feel like she's trying to keep it real and do it as she's called to it, because otherwise it's just "work" and the magic isn't the same as when it comes from a passionate place.  When it's not there, it's not there.  All this pressure just makes it harder.

Definitely not betrayed because she's not responsible for us.

Betrayed just doesn't work in this context. But like everyone else has said, it's pretty concerning how she really seems to have given up on music. I'm not sure I even want to see her perform in the future knowing she will probably be hating every minute of it. I hope she's doing ok at least...

I wouldn't say betrayed, but yeah she has been quite distant and it's a little sad. It's like she decided she wanted a different relationship but forgot to tell us 

I don't know what she could say exactly, but maybe just something like that she wants to take time for herself away from the public eye or something. I mean she's not required to tell us anything but it would be nice so that we wouldn't be confused or worried.

Hmmm betrayed is a little too much, I don’t feel that much dependence over her. More like unsatisfied and disappointed.

And also, I don’t think she has completely given up on music, but I do believe there’s obviously something going on that’s caused this silence and lack of engagement. Not lack of passion for music in general, maybe just lack of passion for pop and this project in general, that’s what I think.

Is just a hard time to do all the things she had planned for this era, I personally prefer a proper performance and promo the next year(s) than risk right now her health to make the monstrosities happy 

And we all know she doesn't use social media since the gays are unbearably mean on her, not only the monsters, but all the other fanbases. But that's not new she's silent since like 2017

No not at all. Because by doing so I feel she is reconnecting with herself. And that is all that we want. She's an artist, she has that in her blood, she is clever... I'm not worried at all. 

Also I thank her so much for doing this because it's obvious that we have to learn to take a bit of distance with being a fan of pop music  

PS : if you look at her legacy, if you have been to one of her shows. I have the luck to have been living amazing moments with her and my loved ones at her shows.... So there is a light in me that will never go out. I can feel it. When ARTPOP came out... All the adrenaline...

I don't have to wait for the next big thing now. Just let it come, enjoy pop culture and culture news around here, share stories like she encouraged us to do... Living with a bit of her legacy with me...

I don't think anyone considers how SHE feels. Maybe she's not in a good place at all. Depression is serious and she might be struggling to get out of bed on a daily basis. She might struggle to take a shower. Imagine having to plan and execute work related things when you're that low. Even posting a selfie every day, chat with fans etc, which would take 5-10 minutes out of her day, become overwhelming. If stepping away from it makes her feel better – then let her do it. There is so much mean stuff directed at her online that I'm actually glad she doesn't have to look at it. I'm sure she sees the love, I want to believe that her team most likely passes it on if she's avoiding social media.
