Kelly Clarkson has claimed her estranged husband Brandon Blackstock and his management company, Starstruck Management, defrauded her and never had a license to act as her manager.

Kelly Clarkson has declared war on her estranged husband, claiming he defrauded her out of a fortune.

Clarkson just filed legal docs with the California Labor Commission, claiming her ex, Brandon Blackstock, who also served as her personal manager, defrauded her by charging exorbitant fees, and she wants all of the loot back.

Among other things, Kelly says Brandon wasn't legally allowed to operate as a talent agent, because he never obtained a license.

She wants all the money back. She was with Brandon's company for 13 years.

Clarkson's father-in-law Narvel Blackstock, who owns Starstruck Management, filed a lawsuit against her in October with allegations she still owed them $1.5 million in commissions, on top of another $4 million she was set to pay them as a result of her judging role on The Voice.

Narvel, his son Brandon, and the management company are all named as respondents in the petition.

So sad when others take unfair advantage of artists.  Without artists performing and writing songs there would be no money for those people who use them.  I hope Kelly wins this case.

I live outside the space time continuum.
