Actually... I feel like Helena would majorly slay Grandmama after seeing her do Bellatrix. She could make her so creepy and demented but also endearing.

Plus Carol Kane was only 41 when she did it in Addams Family Values, so you don't HAVE to be like 90 to pull it off.
