The pictures in the listing showed the item SEALED and in mint condition with the stickets and everything, looks great so I purchased it. I received an OPENED and slightly damaged item in a resealable bag. They refuse to give me my money back without me closing the case and removing the negative feedback, which I obviously won't do because if I do that I wont be able to add it back and open a new case if he lies again.
