It was at FYE it said Used - $60 but it was sealed in original packaging with a sticker. Maybe someone never opened it and gave it to FYE for $. Some months later i was on ebay and there was a freshly started Promo editions sealed without numbers for 35 Dollars so i bought it in a second since the promo version has some different parts to the released one.
