I literally was thinking about this yesterday and honestly I don't think Gaga is signing anything else and fans are being scammed to keep buying all this merch that will never come or is such low quality it doesn't justify purchase

This era has been so messy and her merch store is just one of them...no updates, no apology, no word from Gaga or the label....just take our money and give us nothing

I ordered it with the poster.

the email I got months ago saying that the order will ship when all items are ready to be shipped (and since the poster ain’t ready I’m assuming.....)

ohhh gotcha. so i’m assuming you didn’t choose the split shipping? that really sucks. :noparty:

Well, I have never bought anything from the store, she has nothing to do with it it though. Would be interesting if someone in the know could let her know what is really happening. Don't make assumptions, but yes I would be made as hell. Anyone got any personal contact to inform her?

Maybe fibromyalgia affects her ability to sign?

If she's cancelled a tour because of fibromyalgia, trust me, she can cancel these “signed” CDs:air:

I wonder if the posters are being delayed until a related project for them is announced/released. There’s been rumors of a GUY type mini movie, and allegedly the photo on the poster is from that. Sounds like the most logical reason I can think of for the delay.

But fr it’s getting ridiculous.

the image is used in the album booklet (I'm pretty sure) it's not like they can't just release the posters already.

Why do people always think merch is the artists personal responsibility? :shrug:This is a deal made between the label/parent company, the merchandisers and their many many contractors/subcontractors.

There's more to your missing poster than this assumption that Gaga hasnt done her part. If anything down the production line -- from ink to paper to the printer to warehouse to shipping-- is messed up, that is not  because of the artists. Considering the turmoil of 2020, the original companies (who usually wait for preorder numbers before even starting production) could very well be shuttered; and  a new company is taking on all these new orders, from multiple artists/labels = instant backlog.

This and the fact that the music industry basically survives on merch,  and with touring obliterated, this means no, don't expect any updates that remind you that they have your money.

If you're that desperate for your money or dont care anymore, then simply ask for a refund.

Meanwhile, stop blaming Gaga and her team like it's some unwillingness to pick up a Sharpie that has been the issue this whole time.

I wonder if we are ever going to receive them. I’m getting very worried.

Don’t play with me, it just hurts me.

I just saw this comment cause the thread was bumped up.

Nobody is trying to put the blame specifically on gaga. You’re right, we don’t know who’s responsible for the hold up. That said, everything is still under her name and image and thus she and her team should be in communication with the manufacturers and her shop ppl should update us accordingly. It’s not about being reminded that they have our money or asking for a refund, it’s just common courtesy to communicate with the customers. They were ordered when in June? It’s February. I think an update is long over due.

Also, ppl wouldn’t be asking about them and threads like this wouldn’t exist if they literally communicated with us.

Any updates on this topic? lmao?

They are waiting for chromatica’s 1 year anniversary to send out the posters as a final wrap up to the era. :ohwell:

I don't think her merch team is the same one that handles Haus Labs. I haven't seen any complaints with their orders.

Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊

I emailed them last month and got a cop out answer explaining it away as “production delays.” That’s bullsh*t. I know it doesn’t take 8 months to print a poster, unless we’re talking BILLIONS.
I’ll take it unsigned at this point…I just want the poster I paid for.

Fwiw, my hunch has been that the poster image is from some visual that was recorded last year and they are waiting to release it alongside that.

In Chromatica, not one poster is getting shipped.
